Article 6 (Membership registration)

2. Individuals desiring to enroll as members of DIQ shall complete the registration process by providing their personal information in the designated fields on the membership registration interface.

3. If you register as a member, you are deemed to have agreed to the membership registration and terms of use.
4. Access to DIQ is exclusively for members. Any individual who provides false information or misappropriates another's account cannot claim any rights in relation to the use of the service and may be subject to punishment in accordance with relevant laws. Additionally, they bear the responsibility to compensate for any damages caused to third parties. CDL Inc. reserves the right to restrict service access to members who have submitted false information or misappropriated an account.

 

Article 7 (Protection and Use of Member Information)
1. CDL Inc. strives to protect member's personal information as stipulated by relevant laws and regulations. The protection and use of personal information shall be governed by the relevant laws and regulations and CDL Inc.'s Privacy Policy.
2. CDL Inc. cannot use the personal information provided by members for purposes other than this service.

Article 8 (Withdrawal of Membership and Loss of Qualifications)

Article 9 (Service Usage Time and Interruption)

However, CDL Inc. may temporarily suspend the service at times or dates determined by CDL Inc. for routine system maintenance, expansion, or replacement, with prior notice provided on the website for planned interruptions.

2. CDL Inc. may temporarily suspend all or part of the service without prior notice in case of urgent system maintenance, expansion, replacement, equipment malfunction, surge in service usage, national emergencies, power outages, or other unavoidable circumstances.

3. CDL Inc. reserves the right to suspend all or part of the services for operational needs such as service restructuring and will notify members in advance or retrospectively as necessary.

 

Article 10 (Obligations of CDL Inc.)

1. CDL Inc. strives to provide continuous and stable service in accordance with these terms.

2. CDL Inc. establishes a security system for the protection of members' personal information and adheres to the published personal information processing policy.

3. CDL Inc. commits to fair and sound operations, continuous research and development to provide quality services, thereby maximizing customer satisfaction and contributing to the enhancement of members' digital literacy and the development of a healthy digital culture.

4. CDL Inc. shall promptly address any valid complaints or inconveniences raised by members through appropriate procedures. If immediate resolution is challenging, CDL Inc. must inform the member of the reason and the schedule for resolution.

 

Article 11 (Obligations of the Member)

1. Members must base their membership application or information updates on actual and factual information. Any rights related to false or third-party information registrations cannot be claimed.

2. Members must comply with these terms, other regulations set by CDL Inc., notices, and relevant laws, and must not engage in activities that disrupt CDL Inc.’s operations, damage its reputation, or harm others.

3. Members are responsible for securely managing their account information and updating it as necessary.

4. Members have a responsibility to ensure their personal information is not disclosed to others.

 

Article 12 (Copyright of Posts)

1. Materials or information that constitute CDL Inc.’s intellectual property are copyrighted by CDL Inc..

 

Article 13 (Interpretation of the Terms and Jurisdiction)

1. Matters not specified in these terms shall be governed by relevant laws and customary practices.

2. For members using CDL Inc.’s services, the service-related disputes will follow separate terms and policies set by CDL Inc..

3. In case of legal disputes between a member and CDL Inc., the competent court shall be the Seoul Central District Court.

 

Addendum 
1. (Effective Date) These terms shall be effective from September 1, 2020. 
2. The terms come into effect upon membership registration.
 

 

Personal Information Collection Notice

(General Principles) CDL Inc. rigorously adheres to the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, etc. (hereinafter referred to as 'Information and Communications Network Act'), Personal Information Protection Act, and other domestic laws concerning personal information protection in all phases from service planning to termination.
